Edmond C. Hallberg, Ed.D. I received my masters and doctors degrees at Stanford University. I became Dean of Students and subsequently, Director of Admissions at California State University Los Angeles. After graduating, I went to San Francisco State and became the Coordinator of Academic Advising and Associate Dean of Students.
After several years of being a dean, I returned to teaching as professor and coordinator of higher education counseling. Lastly, I retired early to become president of Ombudsman Press, Inc., a small publishing firm specializing in school and college success.
Kaylene Hallberg, M.A. I am currently Dean of Student Services at Sierra College. My career includes being a dean and counselor at Fullerton and Cypress Colleges, and as Dean of Student Development for all of the California community colleges.
